Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American model and TV personality. Burns began her television career in 1995 portraying the supporting role of Peg in the Spanish-American teenage comedy Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns was a part of Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. In the following year she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns was then forced to leave Baywatch due to her first child. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model who is also a television persona, is most well-known as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. The role she played as Jessie Owens in Shallow Hal, a commercially popular 2001 film, was what made her well-known.
